The design plan is also the customer's first impression of the customized model. A good simulation model should not only be similar in appearance, but also in spirit. So refined design becomes essential.
設(shè)計(jì)之前,要先熟悉定制產(chǎn)品型號(hào),搜集大量的參考資料,包括外觀尺寸、細(xì)節(jié)部件、涂裝樣式等等。行三維建模,確定外部造型,及裝配方式。再由三維數(shù)模分部件設(shè)計(jì)平面加工圖紙。一架大型飛機(jī)模型加工圖紙不會(huì)低于100張。

地隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,模型制作工藝也逐漸從純手工加工向機(jī)械化加工或機(jī)械化輔助加工轉(zhuǎn)變。的機(jī)械加工設(shè)備的加入可以更好地控制產(chǎn)品精度,對(duì)于提升模型仿真度起到了關(guān)鍵作用。尤其是在測(cè)試類型的樣機(jī)加工項(xiàng)目中,對(duì)于尺寸的公差要求往往在0.2mm左右,這個(gè)量級(jí)的精度僅靠手工加工是無(wú)法達(dá)到的。以往印象中高大上的三軸、五軸加工中心也正在逐步參與到模型的制作當(dāng)中。
